The Finance Committee reviews the monthly financial statements and makes recommendations to the Board.  They recommed to the Board that a CPA audits the books each year.  The Committee works with the Management Company to prepare the annual budget and assists in teh preparation of the enhancement budget.  Other duties of the Finance Committee is to make recommendations regarding investments, arrange for reserve studies to be done, and any other projects as assigned by the Board.
