Trash Pick Up Days:
Trash (black barrel) = Tuesday
Recycle (mauve barrel) = Thursday
*Cans must not be put out prior to dusk the night before and must be put in the same day as pick up.
Mailbox Keys:
If not received from prior owner, please make arrangements with a locksmith and if needed, a meeting with postal carrier through the main Post Office on Williams.
Community Center Keys:
The key for the community center, which includes the pool and tennis court, is available through the management office at the community center. The first key is free, the second key is $7.00. Any additional keys will be $75.00 each.
Gate Remotes/ Transmitter:
The remotes to access the gated areas are available through the management office at the community center. The first two remotes are free. Any additional remotes will be $75.00 each.
Visitor Parking:
No overnight parking is permitted on any street in the community.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 30th of the month it is due and is subject to a $15.00 late fee.

The Architectural Control Committee must review and approve all exterior modifications/enhancements of every home. They meet every other week on Wednesdays.
